Building this new site, and needing to populate it with content, I had to mention the guest blog I was asked to submit to Lee Pletzer’s site, Kobe Fiction.
Published there December 2011, I was more than pleased with the posted feedback, and the shout-outs on Facebook. Even better, I found that for a number of my writing peers, there was renewed interest in putting in the oft-times boring work of honing their craft.
Badd grammmer, mizspellings, poorly sentence constructions, and all those other monsters, can take a work and surely KILL IT.
Not a good thing, when all you want is for your stuff to be read, understood, and enjoyed.
If you haven’t read the essay, “Thoughts on Craft,” then take a stroll over to Kobe Fiction, and give it a read.
